개인정보 처리방침

1. 모으는 정보
HeyOrion은 회원가입이 없으며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 같은 개인 정보를 요구하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 질문 내용의 처리
AI 답변을 만들기 위해, 사용자가 입력한 질문과 같은 대화의 이전 질문·답변이 AI 서비스 제공자에게 전송됩니다. 사용하는 제공자는 Anthropic(Claude)이며, 연결에 실패하면 Google(Gemini)이 대신 사용될 수 있습니다. 전송된 내용은 각 제공자의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리되며, Google의 무료 서비스에서는 서비스 개선에 사용될 수 있습니다. 질문에 개인 정보를 적지 마세요.
3. 기기에 저장되는 정보
최근 질문 기록과 언어 설정은 사용자의 기기(브라우저 저장소)에만 저장되며 서버로 보내지지 않습니다. 앱의 「모두 지우기」 버튼이나 브라우저 데이터 삭제로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
3-1. 하루 사용 횟수
공정한 사용을 위해 하루 질문 횟수를 제한합니다. 이를 위해 기기마다 임의로 만든 식별 번호와, 되돌릴 수 없게 변환(해시)한 IP 주소별로 날짜별 질문 횟수만 서버에 기록합니다. 질문 내용은 기록하지 않으며, 이 정보로 사용자가 누구인지 알 수 없습니다. 관리자 코드는 확인을 위해서만 전송되고 저장되지 않습니다.
3-2. 유료 플랜과 결제
유료 플랜 결제는 판매 대행사인 Lemon Squeezy가 처리하며, 결제 정보(카드 번호, 이메일 등)는 HeyOrion이 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에 입력한 이용권 코드는 유효한지 확인하기 위해 Lemon Squeezy로 전송되고, 서버에는 되돌릴 수 없게 변환(해시)한 형태로만 사용 횟수와 함께 기록됩니다. 환불과 구독 해지는 Lemon Squeezy의 정책과 구매 확인 이메일의 안내를 따릅니다.
4. 광고와 추적
광고를 보여 주지 않으며, 사용자를 추적하는 분석 도구나 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 앱을 호스팅하는 Netlify는 서비스 운영을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

1. Information we collect
HeyOrion has no sign-up and does not ask for or store personal information such as your name, email or phone number.
2. How your questions are handled
To generate answers, the question you type and the earlier messages in the same chat are sent to an AI provider: Anthropic (Claude), or Google (Gemini) if Anthropic is unavailable. They are processed under each provider’s privacy policy, and Google’s free service may use them to improve its products. Please do not include personal information in your questions.
3. Information stored on your device
Your recent questions and language choice are stored only in your browser on your device and are never sent to our server. You can delete them at any time with the “Clear all” button or by clearing your browser data.
3-1. Daily usage limits
To keep usage fair, the number of questions per day is limited. For this, our server records only daily question counts, keyed by a random identifier created on your device and by a one-way hash of your IP address. The content of your questions is not recorded, and this information cannot identify you. The owner code is sent only to be checked and is never stored.
3-2. Paid plans and payments
Paid plans are sold through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which processes all payments. HeyOrion never receives or stores your payment details such as card numbers or email. The license key you enter in the app is sent to Lemon Squeezy to check that it is valid, and our server stores it only as a one-way hash together with usage counts. Refunds and cancellations follow the policies of Lemon Squeezy and the instructions in your purchase email.
4. Ads and tracking
HeyOrion shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Our host, Netlify, may briefly process access logs (such as IP addresses) to operate the service.
